Battle of SamuGarh - The rise of Aurangzeb

Battle of Samugarh was the decisive battle between Aurangzeb and Dara Sikoh. Although Dara's army was better equipped and larger in numbers his inexperience played spoilsport and placed an easy victory in the lap of Aurangzeb making him the master of the whole of India. In a way BAttle of Samugarh not only defined India's destiny but also wrote the future of the Mughal dynasty which fell like a house of cards post-Aurangzeb.
